Ana Paula is a journalist and biologist. Tony is a filmmaker. A couple passionate about adventures, marine life, sailing, and diving. And coincidentally, they are also the founders of Bioma . Bioma is also a sailing catamaran, a true nautical production company that took a team of 12 people on an adventure along the Brazilian coast. The adventure ended up becoming a series, in co-production with Fox International Channels.

How about visiting an offshore oil production facility in the pre-salt layer? In the PETROBRAS 360 project, we developed an immersive video for VR headsets , which is used at trade shows , events, and a permanent exhibition located at the COI - Integrated Operations Center of the Búzios Field, in Rio de Janeiro.
The video is presented by Marina, pilot of the Petrocopter, a type of drone capable of flying and diving among underwater structures at depths of over 2,000 meters.
In this project, we used several technologies:
-
360-degree videos filmed on the P-77
-
Metahumans
-
Facial and body motion capture
-
Fluid simulation
-
Scenarios created from real 3D assets of industrial structures.

WORK IN CONFINED SPACES
Training using VR - Virtual Reality - for work in confined spaces. The activity runs stand-alone on Meta Quest 3 devices.
The training simulates a real-life situation in which the student needs to demonstrate knowledge of all safety procedures involved in working in confined spaces.
The training is given to approximately 800 employees each year.

THE EXPERIENCE
An innovative and unprecedented educational platform for preschool and first grade of elementary school.
Developed by a multidisciplinary team composed of educators, psychologists, psychometricians, developers, artists, and storytellers, The Experience integrates videos, games, music, books, gamified online classes, and even a real farm in the Serra Gaúcha region , which extends into the metaverse .
EXPO MILAN 2015
Audiovisual media was one of the most important elements of the Brazilian pavilion at the Milan Universal Exposition in 2015.
Through a screen nearly 90 meters long, sensor-activated projections, and dozens of interactive screens with explanations and infographics, we showcased the strength of Brazilian agribusiness to the entire world.
Bioma was responsible for producing the images throughout the country and for assembling all the pieces spread across the pavilion.
